Online ordering via smartphone for takeout and home delivery
Publishing your menu on the app is a simple task, and you can enrich it with photos and additional descriptions.
Your customers, by downloading the app to their smartphone, can place orders at any time, choosing dishes and variants and indicating the preferred time for delivery or pickup. Payment can be made directly in the App with a credit card.
Orders can be validated by the restaurant or arrive automatically on Bacchus and then be sent directly to kitchen printers.
Ordering from the table with tablets and smartphones
With Solution App it is also possible to manage orders from within the restaurant. In fact, customers can scan a Qr code that identifies the table at which they are seated and then order independently without the need for the waiter’s intervention, who can in any case manage the order from his terminal if necessary.
Ordering can be done from tablets provided by the restaurant or by having the App downloaded to customers’ smartphones. Table ordering also is compatible with all types of venues, including all-you-can-eat.
Security codes can also be provided to avoid orders from customers not present at the venue.
Dematerialize your cards and build customer loyalty
You can say goodbye to physical cards by giving your customers the ability to manage their loyalty cards directly in the App.
Venue customers will be able to be recognized by smartphone and always have their points/credit balance updated. It will be possible to make the first registration without physically going to the venue: just download the App and the system, fully synchronized with Bacchus, will enable the virtual card.
The cards will be able to be used with every expenditure and will enable the management of the multiple forms of loyalty provided by Bacchus. Optimal management of campaigns and coupons complete the functionality of the modern loyalty marketing system.
